We specialise in vacation rentals and set up this website to offer advice about the process as well as hot to experience Rome as a local.

We have been in the rentals business close to 10 years now and experience has taught us that people who prefer apartments over hotel accommodation are not just looking for value for money and comfort. More often than not they are looking for a more genuine experience of Rome.

This means waking up in the morning and popping down to the local bar for a capuccino and cornetto (breakfast) and then buying ingredients for lunch at the market round the corner.

We aim to offer you advice on the rental process, which once explained is straight forward and hassle-free, as well as things to do and see that you don’t necessarily find in the guide books.
