Apartments in Rome are often awkward in shape and size, given their age and history. Apartment Balestrari is not a huge apartment but well proportioned — its spaces have been rationalised well.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and features some nice touches. the kitchen, for example, is open to the dining area. There is a large, bright living room and a smaller one on in the lofted area.
The apartment has been completely restructured recently and has air-conditioning.
Location is good too. Walk out of the door and you’re in Campo de’ Fiori in under a minute. So you’re pretty much there but not directly exposed to the hussle and bustle of piazza.
Please note that the apartment features a second bathroom.
A family of 3 or 4 or a friends (2 couple, perhaps) who want to stay close to Campo de’ Fiori to enjoy the morning market and nightlife of the area.
