This apartment takes its name from the street where it is located on the Celio (the Caleian Hill one of Rome’s 7 hills) but it might as well be called 3 Parks Apartment given it’s proximity to Parco Egerio, Parco degli Scipiani and Villa Celimontana. The Colosseum is a 15 minute walk away, and a lovely walk that is too.
For those that love music, Villa Celimontana (aka Villa Mattei) is venue to a yearly jazz festival that attracts top Italian and international performers. The Villa Celimontana Jazz Festival is usually held in June, July and August.
The apartment itself is much a much more typical Italian home than other apartments in the vacation rentals market, featuring both old style and new furniture and fixings in a clean and clutter-free environment.
Rooms are a nice size including the kitchen that is ‘abitabile’ – big enough to be able to sit down and eat a meal or play a game of cards.
Apartment San Erasmo is, above all, practical, and given it’s sleeping arrangements, provides real value for money.
Big families on a budget who want to live in a green area of Rome, or a group of friends who want to visit the summer Villa Celimontana Jazz Festival.
