The apartment’s refurbishment a few years ago followed two principles: firstly, to respect and highlight its original features and secondly, to maintain a simple yet elegant decor but remain comfortable and pleasant.

This is a 1 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people – 2 in the double bedroom and if necessary 2 more on the sofa-bed in the living room. The bedroom is particularly charming with its exposed wooden ceiling, ‘washed’ walls and terracotta floor tiles. The whole of the apartment’s floor is tiled in terracotta including the classically decorated bathroom and the spacious kitchen, in fact.

The apartment is located in Via Cimarra, a street that runs parallel to Via dei Serpenti, the main street in the Monti area. Shops, restaurants and transport links are all close. However, the apartment is located in a more secluded and quieter street of the Rione Monti.
