Yes. Kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal.
No groceries are provided, though. But you can request for essential groceries to be bought for you before you arrive.
Apartments are cleaned thoroughly before check in. No other cleaning or linen changes are scheduled during someone’s stay.

Some apartments already feature a cot.

Most apartments do not provide parking space. This is true for more people who live in Rome.
If there is parking it will be listed as a feature on the apartment description page.
We will provide you with the address of the apartment, contact phone numbers as well as a link to a map online.
If you let us know how you will be arriving we will email you instructions on how to get to the apartment.
As a rule, no. But some exceptions are made if the apartment is free the day of your check out.
You will need to let us know when you arrive so that we can arrange for one of our staff to check you in.
It would also be handy for us to know details of your arrival (eg. your flight number) so that we can check if there are any delays.
We will include in the booking confirmation contact details for you to take with you so that if you have any problems you can get in touch.
Unless specified otherwise the price you are quoted includes all utilities (gas, water and electricity). Clean linen is provided as well.
No check in / check out fees apply unless you arrive between 8pm and midnight, when and extra €30 charge applies, or between midnight and 6.30am when an extra €50 charge applies.
